If we sent you the wrong item, the item was damaged in transit or if you simply change your mind, you can return your unused item back to us for a refund.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of purchase and you can return that item for a a refund. If there was a problem from our side, for example, we sent you the wrong item or if your item was damaged in transit, we will issue a FULL refund to you. However, if your item was purchased by mistake or you changed your mind after placing the order, you can still return the item for a refund. In most cases a 5% restocking fee will be charged.
- Log into your account and go to your order history and select the item(s) you wish to return. You can also contact our friendly Customer Service to initiate the refund process.
- After your refund request is approved, you can mail the item to our address via Registered or Tracked airmail. Make sure to keep the receipt of your postage fee and the tracking number.
- When we received your returned item, it will be inspected and the refund will be initiated.
- Refund will be available in your original payment method within 24 hours.

Return Shipping Policy
If you have to return your item because it arrived damaged, or we had sent you the wrong item, Everly will cover return shipping charges for your item. You have to make sure you use a trackable/ Registered Airmail service for returned items. Also, you need to keep your receipt/ invoice for shipping charges and send it to our Return and refund department.
If you purchased the wrong item, or you change your mind after placing your order, you can still return the item to us for a refund. But you have to cover the return shipping charges.
