GENERAL

Are your items original? Why are some items much cheaper than other stores?

Everly guarantees every item sold on our platform to be 100% authentic and original. We source the products only through their manufacturer or authorized distributor. We can lower the final price of the items by minimizing the supply chain and removing the “middleman”.  We are also a wholesale distributor of the products to local distributors in 3 continents. 

I need to receive my order quicker but express service is too expensive to my  country. Can you help me with that?

If your cart total is over £99 (USD$130), we can give you a special discount on express service. Please contact Customer Servicefor more information.

Can I make an order first and make the payment upon delivery?

At the moment, we cannot accept payment upon delivery and Payments must be paid fully after placing the order.

I have an account with DHL or TNT or Aramex or FedEx. Can I give you my account and you use my account to send me my item?

We are not allowed to use your courier account details to send your item. Express service fee must be paid fully before we send your item.

How long does it take for my item to arrive?

Everly aims to send out items within 1 working day. Items sent out via free shipping are usually sent out via Registered Airmail service. This can take anywhere between 5-25 working days to most countries around the glove. Items sent out via Express services such as DHL, FedEx, TNT and Aramex usually arrive within 1-4 working days depending on your country.


ORDERS AND SHIPPING

Do you charge VAT or sales tax?

Everly does not charges VAT or sales tax in the U.K, the E.U and the U.S. and Canada. Other countries may or may not have tax and if applicable, it will be added in the checkout page after you filled up your shipping address.

How do I know my credit card information is protected on your site?

Everly takes your security very seriously and go above and beyond to protect your data. After you filled up your billing information on our website, you will be directed to our payment partners website (Paypal.com) and only then you enter your credit card information. Once you are on Paypal.com, your card information is transmitted to Paypal through a highly secure SSL connection, which cannot be intercepted. Also, Paypal does not share your credit card information with us; meaning no one has access to that information at any time.

How can I track my order?

We provide tracking information in your shipment confirmation email that is sent out once your item has been sent. You can click on the tracking number in the email. 

How do I make changes to my order?

You can still make changes to your order up to 30 minutes after placing it. Please send us an email to modify your order. 

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

Everly will email a Shipment Confirmation that contains details of your order and shipment date as well as the tracking number.

How long will it take for my order to arrive once it’s shipped?

Delivery time will depend upon the shipping method, please see our shipping policy page for more information. Tracking is available on Everly’s easy Order Tracking page. 

If I have items on backorder can I change the order?

If your order has not shipped, you may contact Customer Serviceand make changes to your order.

What does “Out of Stock” mean?

Out of Stock means Everly does not currently have inventory for the item. In most cases, the item has been ordered and is on its way to our warehouse. The estimated time of arrival is often dependent on the manufacturer and is usually between 1-10 days.

At which point do you charge my credit card for my order?

Everly charges your credit card at the time the order is placed.

How can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet shipped, you may cancel your order contacting Customer Service and providing them with your order number and other details. 

Some of the items in my order are out of stock. Can I have the available items shipped now and the backordered items shipped later?

That is certainly possible. Please contact Customer Service to see if your order is available for a partial ship option. 

What if I gave the wrong shipping address or I’m not going to be where my automatic refill is normally shipped?

Everly offers an address change or shipment interception service for packages sent via DHL, TNT and Fedex. This service is offered within 24 hours of placing your order. To update your shipping address please contact Customer Service. This service is dependent on where your order is within the courier system. For orders sent via Airmail, the process is more complicated and it may or may not be available. 


RETURNS AND REFUNDS

How do I receive authorization for a return?

To receive authorization for a return you can log into your account and click on Returns , or contact Customer Service

I used PayPal to make my purchase, and have since returned an item, why haven’t I been refunded?

Everly issues all refunds within 2 weeks of the item(s) reaching our warehouse. If you haven’t received your refund back from PayPal it may be because you used a credit card to make your payment. PayPal states on their site that it can take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your statement. Please be patient, if you have additional questions feel free to contact the PayPal help department online at https://www.paypal.com/selfhelp/home

What is your return policy?

If I place an order with multiple payment types how will I be refunded?

All payments are refunded to the original payment gateway. If you use multiple payment methods, your refund will be sent to each method accordingly. 

Can I keep the free gift and only return the item?

Buyers are required to return all the items in their orders including any promotional or free gifts.

Why I did not receive a full refund?

Depending on the terms of sale of your item and the reason for returning your item you may not receive a full refund. In a nutshell, if you returned the item because you purchased the wrong item or you change your mind after you received your item, you will not receive a full refund. On the other hand if we sent out the wrong item or the package was damaged in transit or similar reasons, you will receive a full refund.
